5/6 Meditation

In the 5/6 level, we are doing meditation. Some exercises we do are the Body Scan, Worry spot, and 5 minute walk .In 5/6 C, the exercise we do the most is called JAM (Just A Minute), where you take a minute to relax and calm down. You should try one of the following exercises:

  • JAM: Take a minute to close your eyes, focus on your breathing, and calm down. Notice as many sensations as you can.
  • WORRY SPOT: Lie down,close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Scan your body for anything that is troubling you.Take a deep breath in and when you breathe out, your worry spot will go away. 

When you are doing these, make sure you are in a quiet place and there is nothing distracting.

  1. Well because sometimes i get a bit stressed because sometimes i forget to do something i do the JAM.
